Boost controller solenoid

Hi All

I believe my Boost controller is not working as i can't get the contactors to click with a battery source.

Ive seen this one on Ebay. I have heard it was a GM unit used originally

Can anyone confirm if its compatible ?

I have a mapped gto3r with a pierburg BSC.

Sorry i cant help you with that, but what is the part number of the original solenoid, (was looking to fit one to my 2.5L (have ecu and wiring in place)). Why is it you are looking at one on ebay can you not obtain another from ford or are they abit costly.

Not sure if that one is compatible, the correct unit is a GM part - 7.28201.00

Sorry edited to be a bit clearer... the stock noble one is an Astra VXR unit (not ford)... when i broke mine I went down the local Vauxhall garage.

Great , thanks for the info. The Controller listed is compatible for the Astra VXR turbo so will give it a go.
