New documentation wiki

Seeing as between us all we must have accumulated an interesting and relevant library of documents I've added a documentation wiki and started it off with an M400 brochure (will update with better resolution when time).

An afterthought: due to PH's 2Mb image size limit it may not be possible to post detailed text heavy images (like page 2 of the M400 brochure) - let's see how it goes.
