First link is the incorrect light. The second is the correct one.

I've got two pairs of lights somewhere in my house, I'll stick them on the facebook group when I get back from Sweden.

relatively easy.

You will need to release the seal around the covers inside the clam. undo the bolts, disconnect the connector and pullout. You will need to reseal the covers after if you want them watertight.
