Inlet manifold problem

Seem to be having trouble with the plastic inlet manifold seam coming apart. When I bought the car there was some oil over the rear bank and splatters up the intercooler housing. The previous owner had supplied a replacement one with the car so we fitted that, cleaned up the oil and all was well, or so I thought !!! Noticed that the oil splatters were back again the other day and sure enough its coming from the manifold over the rear bank again. Is this just unlucky that they are both split or is it that its a common problem ?? Is there another option? Any help greatly appreciated thanks in advance Matt

Do you have the heat shield over the rear turbo in place?
