I'm looking to get a full set of brake pads - I don't need them yet but want to have them ready for when they do.

I currently use Ferodo DS2500 which I've been very happy with.

I can source the fronts easily (FRP3083H) but the rears (FRP3083HS) seem to be rear and £50 more expensive.

The FAQ mentions that the rears have a bit machined off. Does this mean that I could get the fronts and machine a bit off? Or does this mean that I need to get the stated rear pad and machine a bit off that?

In retailer's diagrams, the fronts and rears appear to be very similar.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Speak to Dave at Jetstream , they supplied me with my Pagid RS 29 , the front and rear pads are the same just with the rears machined off for the handbrake drum . Jetstream also do Ferrodo .
