Good morning and Happy New Year! I'm new to owning a Noble M12 and was having trouble connecting to the ECU. I found the ECU is a MBE 9A5 that has 1.5 Noble writing on it. Does anyone know how to connect to it? What type of software? I saw maybe TVR has software. I was trying Window 7 computer and using Easimap 1.3 and 5 but could not connect. Tried 9 pin and 9 pin to USB and CAN. Any help would be great.

My name is Jeff and I am located in the U.S. Chassis number 00028

Thanks Andrew,
I guess my problem is that no one has heard of the 9A5 ECU on a Noble. I may need a different software than Easimap? It still has a 9 pin but also there are a lot of extra plugs in the harness so being used but alot of them are not. Also I have heard maybe a three pin connector for hooking up to the ECU.

I think you have the latest MBE which includes wideband lambda, knock control & flat shift.

I believe you are right. There are plugs marked: Shift light, CAN, power shift. I wish I had more information. Maybe it uses easimap 6?

Ask Jetstream or post on the facebook owners page, plenty of people have hooked in to the ecu with a specific lead and software
