Took the car out for a great blast with another Noble last weekend and noticed that the oil temp was creeping up to c.100 after 25 minutes of 'spirited' B-Road driving.
Thoughts are that i am probably revving too high as i have an oil cooler
The car has been remapped by Trevor, and peak power comes in at just over 7k - i've been changing up c.6.5k when i'm really making progress - should i be short shifting more?
Cheers.

oil is best when running at over 100deg c... depending on oil quality you can go to 120deg c... but its advisable to try and keep it a little below this. I set the alerts on my dash to come on at 120deg c.
As for reving it, I practically redline my car in every gear on track and my redline is 8000rpm... its more to do with the actual engine temp than revs, the water temp gauge is usually set to just read 90deg c until actual temp reaches 110 then it goes off the chart, only a few cars have had the eco changed to read actual temp.
