Speakers not working?
Discussion
Since having my floor replaced, I had a leaking valve (which has been replaced) then noticed my radio engages the cd changer, but no sound? Noticed there was coolant over the fusebox, but could not trace a leak anywhere?! Looked all over the footwell, heater hoses etc... very odd. Does anybody know what could be going on? I could write a book on this car after a break down ha ha.
If you have fluid over the fuse box in the footwell, are you sure its coolant?
There is the AC pipe there that can condense and leak so could be that rather than a coolant pipe? If I remember there was a fix guide to that in the build manual
Sounds silly but Have you checked the speaker connections in the back? Do you have sound using the radio?

Hi Steve, I just found when the car is hot it is actually from the coolant hoses (very slight) Air con just been re gassed and it lost zero pressure. Going to get some high grip jubilee clips and some 2mm rubber to wrap (to avoid cutting hose and renew hose clamps in situ as there are 2x per hose. Fingers croosed! Cheers
