3r engine rebuild

hello people after two and half year my noble 3r has been sitting in the naughty corner after deciding to make a rather large knocking noise from the crankshaft i thought to repair it
just removed the engine and gearbox i say just !! so now i am here i thought i now would be the best time to carry out some mods
i like
fuel pump plus wiring
tunnel mod
m400 timing
raise the horse power to 420 -450
maybe turbos
ecu replacement to one which is unlocked
and gearbox bearings and oil cooler
i know that a fair list but seems nows time to get involved
any help and info would greatly appreciated before i reinvent wheel

when you do the timing, make sure you fit the stronger valve springs otherwise they float at high revs. This will probably be made worse by higher boost.

Also has a Full motorsport gated sump not the std track day sump !!

the engine is complete with turbos ?
i did think i would build my own engine but now you have thrown that to the mix i might have to rethink
i take i will have to change my ecu ?
my engine has a ap racing clutch is this standard ? and a track day sump which didnt work that well!! i might add

No sorry no turbos or manifolds , complete with thermostatic sandwich plate though .
