Vac lines on FPR

Hi,
Can someone confirm if the FPR is supposed to have a vac line attached or are they not connected on a 3L? Just put it all back together, car Idles and Revs fine but noticed I've nothing attached to FPR - Havent got any spare lines anyway but double checking.

I thought it Just returned to the tank, no vacuum line
