My drivers door has decided it doesn't like the cold damp mornings and won't open, it's fine by the time I get to work (after climbing in through the passenger side) - thoughts? Knackered central locking door motor? If so any pointers? Make/model/where to get a decent one?

It could also be a gummed-up locking mechanism - you might want to clean out and relube everything first...

WwThat was my thought, damp getting into lube and jamming, as by the time I get to work it opens - but want to strip the door down once so better to have all the parts I might need to hand , at 13 years old a metro door motor must ne getting to the end of its life anyway!
