Thinking of having it done professionally or maybe doing it myself ,major differences to a metal car? Thanks in advance.

Had my Elise done recently. Didn't seem to be a massive difference. Had to be a bit more cautious with heat generation. The armourfend covered parts were hand polished.

Yeah I guess the main thing to watch out is heat because metal conducts heat away but fibreglass insulates so it'll be a lot easier for it to build up if you stay in the same area too long.

No difference, just don't press as hard as on a steel car (and treat an alloy car as fibreglass).
