Hello all,

First I would like to say what a great forum you have, everyone seems really helpful. I have started to think its time to upgrade to a Nobel GTO 3.0 / 3.0R, can anyone talk me out of it?, or once they are in your mind is that it?

Firstly you have to disown any future allegiance to the 'Waffe '

Perhaps I can talk you out of a 3/3R and into a 2.5? They're just as good, particularly when they've had the right bits done smile

I'd prefer a 'Noble' over Nobel.........
I test drove a Cayman S before buying my Noble 7 years ago, was sooooooo slooooowww! For a daily driver, I'd have the cayman, a 2nd car it'd be the noble every time

Had a C63 before the Cayman, that was a fun car. The Cayman is a very good day to day car, I currently have the 2.9 manual, agree, they are not the fastest. I'm planning for the Noble to be a second car. I'm already accused of loving the Cayman more than she who must be obeyed, lord help me when I find one of these.

I moved house last October and every ounce of me knew I should sell it but it was my wife who convinced me otherwise. She said "you pissed and moaned for 3 years about wanting one and if you sell it I'll never hear the end of it!"

I've done more miles since October than in the previous 2 years thumbup

A very rare thing, a rational woman.

There are a few about.

When I bought the Noble I was planning on selling my modified 944 Turbo S, but Sally made me keep it because "one of them will always be in bits" - which has turned out not to be true but glad she persuaded me anyway smile

Hi all,

I have someone coming to take a look at the Cayman this weekend so will be in the market for a clean 3R. Does anyone know anybody thinking of selling?
