2.5 Fuel Pump Query..

experienced the odd non start and very rare cutting, checked engine bay fuses etc and a fiddle around it restarts. So I done the fuel pump wiring mod to get that out of the way and the car cut out again, this time I pulled the cover off the fuel pump area and noticed the fuel pump + pole won't tighten fully, the whole pole spins when the connection is just over finger tight.

Car has different exhaust and IC but is otherwise standard.

Is it worth upgrading the fuel pump ?? If so what fitments do I need to order..

If not, does anyone have a spare fuel pump they no longer need that I can buy off them..
