A mate and I are looking at doing a track day at Spa this year, probably with Goldtrack on one of their days in April or Sept.

I know several of you have done track days out there and wondered 3 things:
1. weather wise, is september better than april ?
2. where is best to stay
3. would it be rude not to do the Ring whilst i'm out that way.....

Any other advice/comments would be gratefully received.

Hi mate , been a few times and stayed at the Radison Blu in the town CENTER , nice place with underground parking if you need it .
Weather is pot luck !!
Ring not my thing but worth a visit !!! Although the tourist days are bloody dangerous 😔

Cheers guys, Radisson looks rather nice, good suggestion !

I'm not overly fussed about doing the Ring, but if its only a short drive seems daft not doing 1 or 2 laps of it, although Spa will be the big tick on my bucket list

Heard some great reports on the Hotel on Spa site called La Source. Top food apparently unlike Spa town which is crap.
Rumours, optional massage if required...

Staying there next!

I stayed at the Radisson Blu last year and recommend it. The Ring is about 65 miles away, so well worth it if it's somewhere you want to go.

Me and a few friends are looking to do the April Goldtrack dates, likely staying at Radisson Blu then down to the ring for the weekend smile
