Popping exhaust

Hi Can anybody tell me the cause of popping noises from exhaust and also it appears to be a lot louder than normal . This is after taking foot off accelerator .

Does it idle nicely? Mine used to pop quite a bit on lift off when my exhaust manifolds were cracked.

Cracked manifold maybe but my money is on exhaust to turbo or turbo to manifold gasket

A bit late getting back .If it is the manifolds where can I source them and how much

Jetstream do them iam taking mine down there early Feb to see if mine are cracked

Around £550 each for stainless items from Jetstream.

I thought there was some mild popping from the exhaust anyway. Mine has always popped a little.

I Always thought this was normal caused by unburnt fuel in the exhaust !!

If it ain't popping u ain't driving it properly. ;-)
I love my cars pops n bangs specially on the over run and going through towns and a slower speed
Each to there own.

mine was fairly quiet but since remap with trevor it is now quite loud and very noticeable

Its in hibernation at the mo! 600 seems a bit slow now so i'm looking for more!
