Battery?

Hi fellas, noble is in need of a new battery, any particular battery I should be sourcing? Recommendations? Cheers john

Halfords have 5 year warranty on Yuasa, just keep the receipt, wait until a dead cell over winter, pop back in and claim your new one :-)

I've tried that before and was told there had to be a manufacturing fault with the battery and it not just be dead.

I'd say try a different branch, it depends on the test operator. They test it with a portable electronic device that takes the capacity , cranking amps etc as input parameters, it then tests the battery, if they dont get a reading from device within limits they replace it.
I've done this on x2 batteries, one was still in car, one was over the counter. Both times the 5 year warranty starts afresh.

Bosch battery for me, saved £20 at Costco and only cost around £50. The only other battery I'd go for would be an excide but not sure it's worth the extra.
