Has anyone had there noble remapped in central scotland. Most of the tuners seem to be south of the border.
There is a garage that says they can do it but a bit worried incase they mess the ecu up .

Where abouts in scotland are you? There's a few of us here but most of the guys travel south for mapping. I went of a rolling road day at a well known mappers / rolling road and the set up just wasn't suited to the car. Ran poor power as nowhere near enough cooling. If it was me I'd be heading south to someone in the know.

Hi there,

The standard ECU's are locked to stop 'tuners' messing with them, the two places with rolling roads who can map your car are Yellowshed in Essex and Noblemotorsport in Chesterfield.

I've used both but was most impressed by yellowshed, its worth the journey and a night darn sarf. I've been down from Aberdeen 3 times over the past 6 years.

Edit - forgot about Gadgeroonie, he can do mapping too :_)

Gadgeronie do you have a rolling road looking at your profile have you tried to remap your noble and are they hard to do or what makes them hard to do.

Im actually based in Kilmarnock but have been up to Edinburgh in the Noble a few times for nights out etc. Personally I will be heading down south to the specialists who have experience of mapping them to avoid risking anything going wrong. It is a fair jaunt though.

Next year from April onwards when I'm travelling south to go racing I'll have space in my truck to transport cars down/back if owners up here don't want to do it all themselves.

Worth keeping in mind
