Hi have been meaning to change the spark plugs in the car rang the motor factors asked for the NGK ones specified on the FAQ page. They said they dont have them(4 days to get in stock ) but have the equivelant Denso plugs.Would these be ok to use in the car ? and am I right in thinking the gap will be 35 thou or just because they are the equivelant does not mean the gap will be the same ?.

Cheers

Chris

Ring diff motor factors mate and get the correct ones. Not many places have them in stock but normally have the Nxt day. If urgent I have a spare set u can use

I get mine in boxes of 10 from ebay.

Always worth checking the gaps to ensure they are correct.

Different gaps may be required if you're running high boost.

I believe 1mm is standard, and 0.65 is recommended at higher boost. 35thou is somewhere between the 2.

Mine seemed a bit lumpy with the small gap (standard car) so went back to 1mm
