Door switch wiring

Hi all,
Where do the wires run to reach the door switches? Mine are damaged and there isn't enough length to repair in situ

pretty sure mine ran down the drivers side sill to the first one on the drivers side, then across the engine bay behind the tank to the passenger side one.

Also note that some door switches were packed out at build in SA to make the correct contact when the door shuts.
