Guys

I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but I think I have proved my fuel pump is working and relay is ok,so presumably I need to replace the wiring between, any ideas or diagrams would be greatly appreciated.

new relay close to the other relays/battery
feed via a fuse from battery
switched contact via heavy gauge wire to pump. Earth pump localy.
use original black and white wires that fed the pump to drive the new relay.

This gives you a high current feed, low voltage drop when pump tries to run hard.

I dropped the rear part of the floor off which gave me easier access to run the wire along the lower rail. Ran it in some plastic braid stuff to protect it.
