2.5...5 speed box?

Maybe somebody can help, I spoke with Dave up at Jetstream today ( still cant praise those guys enuff)
They going to sort out fitting a LSD to my 5 speed box as running 380bhp threw it its a bit lively at the backend and running 420bhp in the new year I guess would be a sensable upgrade .
We spoke about maybe getting another box if not to exspensive , sending it up to them and getting them to do the work on it and when its ready getting them swop it over....Dave told me the number code for the box but i was in the middle of nowhere and cant remember it , something like TX???

I would be interested to know what the Final figures on this would be from Jetstream (if you wouldnt mind sharing) as im considering planing for this in the near future.

pretty sure the box is a MTX75 from memory

It is the MTX75 but there are a number of derivatives so make sure you get the right one. That may be a challenge in itself as I fubard mine and couldn't find a new one for love nor money.
If you can find one with low miles, send it to The Gearboxman aka Competition Transmissions and they can beef it up for you.

I have a spare 5 speed box if anyone is interested? It was removed from my gto3 when the diff started to go, so I got Jetstream to swap it with another box with LSD. Its low mileage and I would like £200 for it.
