Filters is behind the wheel arch by the pump. I don't think it would be that through. Quite often it's just the throttle needs adjusting. On the back of the throttle body there is a long screw (10mm spanners head from memory). Just give this a quarter turn either way and see if you can get it to stop. Only needs very small adjustments. If it's not it then it tends to be a manifold air pressure or adaptive map thing. People who reset their map often find the problem stops but try the air mixture first!
Hi Tuscanny,
Just wanted to say Hi really, not very helpful I know, but I am a new owner myself albeit I am still waiting to pick it up (engine is out currently), so was curious (and envious to hear you got yours today). Did you find it relatively easy to find a car or have you been looking for some time? looking at the pictures you have posted it looks to be in great condition but I don't recognise it (from an advertisement), did you buy it here through the Noble forum? I have tried on and off for several years and it never seemed to get any easier (and the cars never got any cheaper despite getting older!), so took the plunge.
Not sure I should be just chatting generally on this thread, if not my apologies everyone..............
Chris.

Hi Chris I have been looking for a few months now and my Tuscan sold.
I seen this one on pistonheads advertised in Germany. It's still on UK plates so made bringing it back easy.
It's a low mileage low owner car 17000 miles.
Just got the mot done today and the manifold is blowing is this still ok to run like this .
Must say it still drives great but don't want to cause further damage.

One of the guru's will give some advice I am sure, There are some seriously knowledgeable and skilled people on this forum, I honestly would not be able to advise you. I thought I went a long way to buy mine in Stevenage! Did you drive it back from Germany - must have been a hoot.
Hope you get the manifold sorted - can't wait now to pick up my own car.

Do you mean the manifold is cracked or the gasket is blowing? I seen this one on pistonheads advertised in Germany. It's still on UK plates so made bringing it back easy.

I've fairly recently become GTO3 owner too. (Since May this year) and very recently changed the rear manifold due to cracking. Didn't know it was cracked till I took the turbo off.
Put a new SS one on but was a bit shocked at the cost.
Fingers crossed its just the gasket. Can take a pic of the cracked manifold if it helps

Started the nobel up this morning and from cold it does not blow and ticks over fine .
Once warm it starts to hunt and blow from the joint at the turbo area.Would this suggest a gasket rather than a crack.
Thanks again .
Sounds like when the crack opens it messes up the air fuel mix and the lambda tries to correct for that and it starts hunting?Once warm it starts to hunt and blow from the joint at the turbo area.Would this suggest a gasket rather than a crack.
