Any one have info on the orange car for sale on here,
It's a 3 with 3r front end painted orange not sure when looks like trimmed interior, had 6 speed box, clutch and sump by noble, and 9k receipt for engine work at vegan tune........done 1500 miles in 4 years full noble history up to 4 years ago.
More interested if it's dodgy or not and it's history .....why painted ect
Cheers

Be interesting to know what was done for £9k. If it included the 6 speed gearbox swap then it would have had much done. Is it running a standard intercooler. Be nice to see the oil catch tank having been changed as a matter of course, i think everyone swaps that out if they mod there noble. Unless someone can verify the quality of the car I'd look for something more original.

you could dig deeper and give noble a call with the VIN number and see if they had done the work .
So what was done for 9k at vegantune ? and was it remapped ?

Not really much difference between m400 and 3r engine wise. Different pistons and different turbos are pretty much it i think. I think you need to find owner who had it done.

Mine was serviced with Vegatune from new, I think Mike 'Gadgeroonie' knows the chap that did their servicing.
Has this one been overseas? I'm sure I've seen it advertised before.

Not sure it's all bit vague ....has all mots to supposedly verify millage of 17k but that means nothing, did ask for copy of log book but not received to try and find out where it's from ....probably best stay away as it's all bit vague

Possibly nothing.....
But it's all very vague why was clam changed ect and painted no one seems to be able to give me any info or tell me any thing about it,none of dealers ect have ever seen it,garage where it's from really haven't got a clue but tell me it has 3r on log book but defiantly isn't a 3r ?
Possibly look for something with little more history too it and standard .

Patgas, if it helps, this 3R ... http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/n... is my old one that I bought from NobleLondon in 2005 with 3K miles on it,,and sold to a chap from Guernsey with 5K miles on it in late 2006. It was that good I actually tried to buy it back from him in 2007 when he was thinking of selling ( for the same reasons I sold it, lack of use!), but I could never get a definitive answer from Customs and Excise as to wether VAT would be payable bringing it back to the UK.If you can get something in writing from the VAT office, you could be ona winner.I obviously don't know if it's still the same owner now,but might be worth looking into.
Alternatively, the 3R at Bespoke was ownd by Slider21 on here, and always looked a nice exaple when I saw it, or the one at Kerridges is one of the best examples I've driven, and it's virtually like a new car, albeit at top money.
Enjoy the hunt!

IMHO, Pat's right to question what work has been done to that amount. There's necessary work and then there are mods and there are two camps regarding mods - well posted here. There's also car dealers' inaccurate statements wink

Patgas. Subtle hint. When you've clicked on Submit once, click, click, click back to Piston Heads home page
then click on Forums again at the top. Scroll down to Noble and your latest comments appear ONCE.

Makes you wonder if the OP has considered the running costs of a Noble

Amg your right on all accounts .....as for £30k it was coming for less than that and he was going to take my 911 in px,
I'm pretty sure I can afford the running costs to be honest-another reason why I didn't want to stretch myself to £30k.Pretty sure I want a more standard car with the right mods.
And thanks bob I have deleted them
Not asking for people to question what I can afford, looking for good honest advice from guys that know...many thanks
