I'm going away camping in the car soon.
Has anyone found a small folding camping table the right size that it will fit behind the seat?

Even if you did find one, there wouldn't be enough space on it to fit the food!

I just got back from the new forest camping and filled the back of a Rav4....good luck in the Nob!

lol what a great post in every way! I agree surely you could just pull some (very small) fold up chairs around the rear wing. Or take a spanner to undo the bolts and take the wing off if you must have a portable table?

That's almost a Top Gear top tip : if you want a small fold up table buy a spanner!

The stupidly small tent has now gone and bigger one brought.
I'm off to the Nurburgring on the 1st Sept so I'll try it out then, (if I can get the new SPA gauges in and the Oil Pressure is OK)

I've designed a removable frame/shelf that will stick out of the rear grill, I'll take some more measurements up when I'm back and get it ready for Le Mans, I'll be able to get a table on that.

I also re-drilled the seats to get easier access to get the bags in and out, when I put the seats back in I found they still slid all the way back no idea why they didn't do it before.

Why not use one of those folding campbeds with detachable legs (that fold up into nothing) as a table? When in its bag mine folds up to about 6" x 3'6"ish,or about the same size as a folding chair in its bag.
