I had exactly the same problem a couple of weeks ago, it was the main fuse holder that had melted so the fuse was still intact.

Have you checked the one by the battery? That will disable everything!

Best thing is to start at the battery with a 12v test lead and work your way along until you find the break, I think the cable goes to the 80a fuse first then to the 40a fuses under the dash. There is a wiring diagram in the build manual if you need it.

It's easy, I use one of these
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Auto-circuit-tester-6-12...
for quick fault diagnosis on the wiring loom, clamp onto a good earth and touch the live wire with the pointed end and the bulb will light up if you have power. Simples. Keep going along the loom until you get to a point where you have no power and hopefully you'll find a break/melted wire/blown fuse etc.

You have to wonder why it blew though. That fuse goes to the front maxi fuse, the alternator and the starter relay. There may be a short in one of those wires that's blown the fuse.
You'll find out if it blows again though.

No probs, so it was the main fuse then, glad you found it. As zoobeef has said there must be a reason for it to blow and probably a dead short to blow the 80a. On my first noble the wire broke off the alternator and hit the chassis causing it to blow, that was half way round Silverstone!

Have been thinking about that, and im wondering if when i was throwing the leads across to reach the car one landed on the other amd may of caused the fuse to blow, strange though it went while was driving, also the car just came out from paint shop complete re spray and bat was flat, nothing. And used a booster so maybe that, anyway now the bat is dead and wont hold any charge, after 6hours on trickle charge was still on zero, so new fuse new bat and take it from there
