These torque settings are for 3l engine, James car is a 2.5... Whilst it's a v6 it's a completely different engine and I'm not sure if our 3l values are the same... I'd certainly not risk it without checking especially as you are running nearly 1.2 bar boost :-)

I actually only run 0.9 boost. 410 hp 440 torque :-)

Turn out after taking car apart I didn't have the right tool to tighten the bloody thing up. I do have one nice.y painted rocker cover now tho. And one that still looks st.

Is it a rocker cover gasket rather than head needing tightening. I think James has ARP bolts

Per wikipedia:
"The 3.0 L Duratec 30 or Mazda AJ was introduced in 1996 as a replacement for the 3.8 L (230 cu in) Essex V6 in the up-market versions of the Ford Taurus/Mercury Sable. It has 2,967 cc (181 cu in) of displacement and produces between 200 hp (150 kW) and 240 hp (180 kW). With an aluminum block and cylinder heads, it is the same basic engine used in the Jaguar S-Type, Lincoln LS, Mazda MPV, Mazda 6, Mondeo ST220 and many other Ford vehicles. It is essentially a bored-out (to 89 mm) Duratec 25"

FWIW, of course.

I'd hate for someone to blow a gasket because of something I posted, so here is the 2.5 pattern. See if you can spot the differences.

It's defnot rocker cover. It's weird it's just started doing it. Engine was out few weeks ago. Sump was off n since going back together it's leaking oil?

Hi James
That's very good figures for the boost your running.
is it possible to post up your dyno chart as im in the position to
do some remapping on mine.
Would like to compare power n torque curve
Thanks

Il have to dig it out. Not completely sure where it is. But it will be back on dyno once I sort this oil leak.
Didn't u have a similar thing where oil was weeping from somewhere. What did u do to fix it

Yes mate I did,
sump gasket was leaking and leaking at the point where the end casing[where the timing chains are] meet the sump, the whole setup is really asking for oil leaks, have to be so carefull when pitting new gasket and sealer to these areas.
