Paint touch up?
Discussion
Hi,
Mine is Mallory green as well.
Contacted the factory and they gave me the PPG fomula which I've put on the WIKI.
I guess there will be places online you could get some mixed.
Couldn't find out what car it was used on so let me know if you find out!
I ended up buying something close (maybe Renault- I'll have a look) and covering the white/bright green chips and though it's very slightly different it doesn't notice.

You've only just bought it, don't say you've had an incident already??
Well the story goes ... I screwed some padding to the garage wall to protect the car, since it's a very tight fit.A great idea I thought. And it would have been if I wasn't the kind of idiot to not screw one of the screws in enough and therefore put a small scratch in it.
You can only begin to imagine how annoyed I am with myself!

If you could let me know what you used, that would be great. It looks as though Bespoke may be able to help me out but it would be good to know a colour that's close.I did find somewhere that does touch up paints but they don't use the PPG system and couldn't translate (but thanks for putting the info in the FAQ anyway). They just wanted a 'code' which I don't have.
I used Vauxhall Velvet Green. It's a touch dark so wouldn't use it on anything other than a chip. Got it from Halfords. Sprayed into a container and used a fine brush to apply.
I think it's slightly blue green rather than pure green. You see the subtle difference if you park next to a racing green one.
