At the risk of sounding repetitive I must mention the standard of work carried out on my GTO3 by Matt and Dave down at Bruntingthorpe,I left the car with them with a list of upgrades and body/paintwork including new floor, wheel refurb, in a fantastic gun metal colour etc etc etc.
Although for me Jetstream is a 300 mile round trip the standard of workmanship is exemplary and justifies the journey.
Not to mention the fact that Bruntingthorpe has to be a petrol heads Nirvana, when I picked up the car last week, the workshop was packed full of Nobles and other exotica, there was a Triumph factory rider doing some very serious lappery, with all manner of military and civil aircraft as a back drop just a few feet from where we were standing. What a fabulous place to spend your working day ! Matt and Dave two top guys, thanks again.

And phone calls.
After 4 mails, two phone calls and a text over the last 6 weeks I've given up now. Same thing happened previously twice as well. Although my enquiries were mundane stuff( rear hi-flow grill, carbon interior bits, back box options and moving rear filters),it would add up to a fair few quid. Their work is apparently top notch, and they seem pleasant guys, but constantly promising to respond/act on something and then not doing so is a bloody wind up.

I've never had any work done at jetstream as it's a bit far from me, but they are always very helpful and never take long to reply and process orders. You always know you're going to get the correct part too, so it's worth persisting.

Sjc, I'd recommend the noble motorsport exhaust as it's not loud but sounds good and has nice looking trail pipes. Although the tailpipe do not keep very well compared to the rest of the exhaust.

Just phone a few times you will get an answer eventually, once my car is fixed of course wink

After Silverstone and my bearings letting go, I'm having a brand new engine fitted that was one of the mountune built, meant to be for the M15 engines', my M400 engine is being re-built as a back-up.

I have one of the mountune m15 engines fitted in mine, runs sweet and is putting out 500bhp with no problems so far.

Haven't bothered heading up there for ages as Hollowpockets has the monopoly on Jetstream currently! Ha ha

Prefer to get Matt down south and do some driving instead.

(All points to the fact that my car works, probably due to such limited mileage!)
