Hello Folks,

my englisch is not as good, but i hope all unterstand my meaining.
In the next time, i will import a Noble M400 to germany.

Now i had a few questions about that car.
Am i right, the engine is a Ford Duratec 3.0l V6 that has been modified for use with a turbocharger.

Does anyone know a shop in germany, where i can repair my Noble 400?

What is the regular service interval. For example, after 1000 Miles, oil change... and so on.

Many thanks for answering my questions.

Best regards

Hi welcome , yes you are correct on the engine spec , there are 2 turbo chargers though .
Service interval is 6000 miles or once a year .

Hi, there do not seem to be any Noble dealerships or service centres in continental Europe. You may just have to find a good independent motorsport garage - you/they can source parts/advice from the UK.

However, see this link to Rossion Q1 on the web (no idea how old this listing is) there are some contact details here for someone who has done similar. Hope it helps. Good luck.

There is another guy on eBay who sells complete front and rear clams. He makes them from a mould. Good price and nice guy as I'm just about to buy a rear clam.

I also doubt that car has traction control.

Problem is that not all clams are the same, so some might not fit.

Bondy, Surely buying one thats in gelcoat is going to cost a fortune to prep, paint, underseal etc?

Ive still got my one.. £150 now..

No, u can buy Julian's rear clam and get it repaired.
Or you can buy them straight from the factory.

Julian, stripping the paint can also be time consuming and I believe what Im buying is ready for primer/paint. It's also coming with a few mods.

Update:

I did a test drive with the car. And it was unbelievable, also the performance.hehe
But the car is now sold too an other person...

But i have another option...

The Noble has normaly that rear lights:
http://www.motorstown.com/imgs/61539-noble-m400-8....

But when i will import one from USA they have sometimes that rear lights:
http://www.google.de/imgres?imgurl=http%3A%2F%2Ffa...

So where can i buy such "EU lights" with the orange glas, because the red turn signal is not allowed in Germany?

Best regards

The UK lights are from a mk1 ford mondeo saloon.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FORD-MONDEO-MK1-SALOON-T...

But you'd need a whole new rear clam as the US lights are of a bigger size so the clam cut outs are larger and the UK lights won't fit

Could you not change the US spec Hyundai rear lights for euro spec ones from the same car?

I think its a Hyundai Sonata, see attached. As previous post said, you will need bodywork adjustments to get the Euro Mondeo lights to fit in the space left by the Hyundai lights, which might be cheaper to get a new clam.

There are quite a few owners who don't like the UK spec lights and would like the US spec. If you bought a car with US spec I'm sure someone would be interested in a swap if you were to offer it.
