Touch up paint

Does anyone have any paint codes/ tips for getting hold of touch up paints to match our colours? Are they of Ford/ Jaguar origins?

Selfishly I'm after Portofino Blue

think there's an earlier thread, but pretty sure Portofino Blue is a Fiat colour; used on the Fiat Coupe. HTH
