Failed heater motors (in the sealed box)

Hey

Can anyone point me in the direct of some posts about how to go about repairing this, taking the box apart or what motors are required? I was at JetStream today who recommended checking on here first before spending the £550 on the new parts from South Africa!

Anyone got experience or a link to any information about repairing these? The air-con was lovely and cold before the motors failed and the box seems a nightmare to get inside.

Im pretty sure its a land rover... I stripped mine a few months ago and run without the box now.

my was also a LR part....had same problem,upgraded to a escort unit and made my own box.....

Well I have had a new unit from Jetstream installed now
However I have an engineering firm creating a new box unit here in the UK using a template from my old one
So we will be able to offer them cheaper for anyone else that has this problem.
