Doing a speed run at Bournemouth wheels. Went to brake, started to squirrel, released and they didn't release. Started to pump them and wouldn't release. Managed to slow it with the hand brake and only cracked my splitter on the barrier. Bloody scary. Anyone else had this happen? After stopping I had to really give it some revs to get the front left to pop off.

Had been at bespoke for about 2 months. However I had made sure I had re bed in the brakes and given it a good run in before the event. Did around 200 miles.
My money is that brakes sticking on is a sign of car being stored or not used for some time, I would be stripping the callipers and replacing\polishing the pistons and new seals. I am surprised the hand brake stopped it.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bEqZ-oj1YhY&fe... some spoiler mounted footage from the Sunday!

Cool. What would you say your top speed was there? You should have probably bled the brakes, when I fitted new pads and bled them after winter there was a lot of rust and crap came out the system.
Doing fresh pads again tomorrow and expect the same to happen again, my RS29's are kaput after 3 months, 10 races and a few practice/track days.
