Have decided not to go for a full splitter on the m400 but quite like the look of the corner 'boomerang' ones. I know from sjc that the guy/company which once made them no longer does - anyone know a place I can find a pair please?

I bought from these guys in the past before I got my carbon full splitter, last time a couple of years ago, cost was about £30 for a pair

Ah, that would be me then. Lol

Want to get the edges smoothed out thought as the CAD file was made up of lots of little lines so u end up with small machine marks on the edges.

I thought it all got re-done to be a bit smoother? The last set I bought was definitely neater than the others, must have smashed my way through at least 5 sets of these over the years haha

Just to clarify - the £30 pair from Trent plastics, were they fully formed moulded splitters or simply cut from a sheet of plastic? Seems very cheap.

They look good though. Now I just need to find the paint code for an m400s mirrors/spoiler ends so I can spray them to match...

My splitter is full width and painted black, has the natural curves and graining of a nice sheet of ply... wink

If I went Acrylic boomerang splitters then I wouldn't spray them as they don't last forever.

I carbon dipped mine.

Trent plastics are going to make me a set of these (they have the CAD file already). The guy is asking me how thick I want them. Any ideas? 7-10mm? No price finalised yet.
