Carbon Fibre Fender louvres
Discussion
we have located them 30 mm from edge of bonnet where it rolls over, the corner of louver is 60 mm down from inner bonnet locking fastener.
mask up area and draw round outside of louver when its in position, come in the desired distance and get either the grinder out,or use as i did a (fein) vibrating cutter to cut out the holes. i had minimal dust, and did it with the bonnet in situ.using a grinder will create lots of dust and ur better off removing the bonnet if you do it that way. good luck, its actually not that bad to do.

some come with bolts glued in,the other type are bonded them into position.the price differs a lot!!!!!!!!! ive glued studs,(ie 5mm bolts) into mine and used sikaflex on them as well. some think they look s***.....personal choice, ive doing some test on them to determine air flow through them and feed back so far looks good.

Not sure what you're viewing the picture on, if you enlarge the picture you'll notice they have mesh in them.To make a louvre for a curved surface would be a lot of work, not impossible but probably not worth it.
In the wind tunnel the cutouts did very little, the ones next to the lights did more, this was with the wheels not rotating.
