sealing underfloor diy job or leave to a pro ?

Hi,
Looking at getting my interior re trimmed soon and thought best to get the underfloor sealed first as the passenger footwell gets wet in the rain.How big a job is this? would it be something someone with patience can tackle or best left to a mechanic ?.Also if thats the case what sort of cost would this job cost.

Its a fiddly job to do but can be done at home. You will need to get the car in up in the air to do the job properly

You can do it at home. Some help would be good though.

Thanks for the advice once I get my car back I will wait for a dry weekend and have a go.Would it be better to use axle stands or jacks to get car up in air ?
