Well after a long time of researching and saving I have finally put down a deposit this weekend on a 3R! smile (A late 22nd birthday present to myself ha)

Big thanks to Simon (Tuxman) who has provided me some really good advice in the past few weeks which has helped no end! Also thanks to the guys at Bespoke who were very welcoming and friendly on Saturday.

Just a few questions as I prepare to embark on Nob ownership! Is there another forum for owners only? Also can a manual be found on this site?

The car I have put a deposit down on is a late 3R which has a custom exhaust and hard pipe kit with dump valve. How can I tell if the car has been remapped? Also I quite fancy upping the power to around the 400bhp mark, what other mods would be needed?

Cheers

Ross

0.7 is std.

If its had an aftermarket exhaust and its a rouche then it's probably been mapped. Maybe send Yellowshed on here a PM as he probably did it?

Hi mate

Bespoke aren't sure what make exhaust it is as it was done before they started dealing with the car! I always thought they needed a remap at the point of fitting an exhaust?

I don't think it's a rouche. That car is known on here. But chassis number up and daisy might be able to help

I (sadly!) kept a tracker of all Nobles for sale up until a year ago when I sold my 3R. I had NK54 NKO on my register twice. Both times it was with Bespoke. First on 14 July 2011 with 19,200 miles for £31,995 and then 02 January 2012, same mileage for £29,995. The notes from the advert didn't mention type of exhaust unfortunately, only that it had an aftermarket 2 part front splitter, afterburner rear lights and compmotive alloys.

As mentioned before, Daisy may have more info. All the best with your new purchase. thumbup

i think it is a H&S exhaust

same as Alex S has

it will run nearly 1 bar if it has been remapped

Hi Ross,

Congratulations on the purchase. I bought mine last year from Bespoke and can highly recommended them. I've had a few teething issues but The team at bespoke have been great, unfortunately due to the 420 mile distance I am from them it made taking it back under warranty an issue so resolved the small snags myself over the winter. I though I was doing well at 23. Enjoy it, the smiles per mile are second to none.

Hi Ross, Great purchase, smashing car, saw it at Bespoke, very well looked after, and the added benefit of the afterburner rear lights no longer available so look after them.
Enjoy, and your in safe hands with Skip and Martin looking after you, all I can say is be careful, very very careful, cause before you no it, your get upgradeitis , and start suffering from monthly carbon cycles, and that really aint pleasant ask Tux;)
