Would anyone have a decent 3R suspension setup knocking about at home? Maybe some of you who have upgraded etc
My setup is mechanically good (mileage), cosmetically bad (age) and its bothering me!
I'm trying to keep the car as standard as possible, hence sticking with what I have! If this request is a dead end then I shall go the restoration route
Thanks, Joe

Thanks for getting back to me lads, just checked back in on my post today. Busy week, I don't know where it's gone!!
Good advice Hollowpockets, they don't need a full strip down rebuild which Bilstein quoted at over 100 a corner, but a cosmetic refurb is on the cards. Just got to pop them into a local company to get some ideas.
B19nor, got your pm, I'll get back to you shortly!!
Whatever gets decided, I'll try and get some pics/info up at a later stage

I'm in the middle of something similar with a cosmetic refurb, luckily the car is in the garage so not needing spares. Is the car a daily driver? I've done mine in a 3 day turn around which I'm sure could be quicker if it needed to be. cosmetic refurb is probably the way I'm going to go now, seen as the rest of the back end is getting done!!
For the time it will take to do springs thoroughly, it will probably prove cost effective to just renew them. As for the dampers, the rust is just surface but not great for a car still under 10k! Still, it's probably more to do with the age (2004).
Again, if they come out nice I'll get some pics up! I had some gold heat protection delivered today, which will make the IC box look rather bling too
