cracked manifold issue

Just back from my annual service and MoT on the Nob and have been advised that I have a crack in the front exhaust manifold and a 'loose' turbo. In the next few weeks I wanted to use it for a number of non-track activities. My question is, given that it passed its Mot, can I get away with using it for a while without doing any damage? It drives well and I can't hear the ticking on idle that goes with a blowing gasket. I feel like seeing if I can tighten anything, but will it entail major stripping down? It's a 2.5.
years back when it was stock I drove my car for 5000miles with a known cracked manifold purely as i had had it repaired previously and it had cracked again due to the poor repair... like you the car ran fine and was just a little noisier but not really noticable.
I replaced them with M400 ones and later silly expensive inconel ones. When I took the original manifolds off they were riddled with cracks!

Short answer:
No - get it fixed quick IMO.
Long answer:
I had a 2.5 and drove it with a cracked manifold for a couple of weeks, while waiting to get some other work done. The crack let air into the manifold and caused flaming (don't know the technical term) inside the manifold. The flaming damaged the lambda sensor and caused it to disintegrate. The lambda sensor sits in front of the turbo on the 2.5. The bits from the lambda sensor entered the turbo. I then needed a new turbo, manifold and a lambda sensor.
Perhaps I was unlucky... but my advice is get it fixed quick!

I was hoping to hold off until next winter, but looking through the file, the rear manifold was welded in 2010 so replacing both now with the new improved items seems inescapable, dammit! No - get it fixed quick IMO.
