Powdercoat Noble M12GTO3R 12 spoke Wheels

My noble is black and I am looking to do my wheels in Gloss black.
I have been searching about powdercoating the M12 12 spoke wheels and see different ideas and methods in regards to the fake bolt issue.
The consensus is that the (29) plastic fake bolt heads need to come out before work is done.
No one seems to have a source for the exact factory bolts.
Some say buy aftermarket plastic bolts or stainless bolts and cut the heads off.
Then glue or exposy them in?
Some say leave the bolts out.
So,I am debating Plastic or stainless black bolt heads,Typical stainless color stainless bolts,Plastic chrome if I can find them or just leaving them out.
I was thinking of using loctite brand for securing them but I see they have many different adhesives and expoxy's. Not sure which would be better? A quick online search I found loctite 29324 and E-50CR Expoxies,41004 and 280 adhesives?

I've had mine powder coated black and they look great, only thing is it seems to be very soft and scratch easy so doesn't look as good as paint. I've thought of having them lacquered but not sure if that's possible? The plastic bolt heads melt away when the wheels are dipped and I would prefer to replace them so let me know if you find anything to do the job.

I had my old wheels gloss blk powder coat, and glossed the nut heads that I stuck on, imo they looked better than silver on a blk car. Lepsons in Gillingham Kent done mine and they were fine and hard wearing, so just done the same to my new Speedlines and no chips so far.I am not sure which route to go yet?

I used plastic, only because they are easier to glue. If i had the same wheels now I wouldn't bother with the nuts.What type of bolts did you use (Plastic,stainless or steel alloy).

If you want to have the bolt look, give Martin at Bespoke a call - he can source really good aftermarket metal bolts designed for our wheels. Not cheap, but they look great. I've got some on mine. Or you can buy some hex bolts and cut the heads off then glue them in. Allow a good few hours to do it.

Well there is your issue. If they didn't laquer when they did the refurb you have zero protection :/ it seems strange they wouldnt do this at the time :/ Here is an extract from Wheel Genies Website: "Last but not least the wheel now receives a coat of crystal clear powder coat lacquer to enhance and protect the finish, and again it is cured at high temperature".Spindoctor said:
You can push them in and they stay tight, no need for glue. I'll see if I can post a pic over the weekend.
If they go in tight you risk breaking the lacquer seal and then they will corrode. Even plastic bolts will break the lacquer/paint seal. This is from experience. How about anodized alloy socket cap bolts?(nice & light) such as these http://www.pro-bolt.com/aluminium/aluminium-bolts-...
