WateGate Problem

Hi
Does anyone know if on a Noble M12 2.5 if a waste gate is stuck open, stopped working or pipes leaking will it loose boost and contrubute to me not getting a double whoosh sound???

Pipes leaking or blown off would cause this

be careful if a boost pipe pops off and you drive like it your turbo will spin up much faster than it should and bearing will fail.
