Getting itchy feet

I haven't totally come to terms with it yet but I'm getting tempted by other toys.
Perhaps something not so track focussed but still fun on track and convenient enough to use everyday.
4 seats is helpful now with the arrival of my baby boy.
So consolidation of my VW Scirroco and Noble into one car is my thinking.
No idea how to price the 3R considering I bought it for £29k and have spent circa £17K on it this far. 35,000 miles on the clock.
It might not happen but I'm thinking Porsche, Maserati or even, dare I say it, a DB9.

I wouldn't have a Porsche at all, the Aston's aren't quick enough although they look great (and apparently not too reliable), if I was looking at a GT car I'd seriously consider a Maserati Grandsport, shame it's not manual though. Probably a bit iffy on build quality too though...

Having driven pretty much everything, I can definitely say do not touch a DB9! It will be in the garage more that your Noble. And it is slow. Nissan is chav tastic and WILL break with hard driving. (well the 3 I drove did)
I hate Porsches, But they are a superb, safe, fast and reliable car. Maserati Gran Turismo is stunning, sounds sublime, and roomy, but may lose money, and not too sure on whether they have mastered reliability yet.
Do as I do... Have different vehicles for different occasions. (if you have room that is :-) )

Going by your criteria,it has to be the GTR ( or the Porche depending on budget/model).Perhaps something not so track focussed but still fun on track and convenient enough to use everyday.

A DB9 will be horrible on track ( not great on the road either and useless rear seats), the Maserati Gran Turismo S ( my favourite, lovely noise and 4 proper seats but I don't track) won't take kindly to being ragged too often.
Personally I couldn't careless what the GTR looks like ( and in the Joust blue or the dark metallic grey it's not a dreadful looking thing to my eyes), it's an amazing car, will tick all your boxes and is fast becoming one of those " must own at some point" cars. Just check the back seats for room, I did and thats what killed it for me.
Over 500bhp for under 40k, you will be the new ganster on the block!!

Go have a close looks at a MY11 onwards GTR and then drive one, especially in the wet. I hate to say it, but I was 100% great full I was in the GTR this weekend, especially when I started playing on motorway off/on ramp roundabouts :-)
Apart from that it would be a Maser GT-S out of what else has been suggested, although I doubt I would track it in anger.

Craig, how about my route to a grown up car?
Will be looking to flog the P1 soon for a C63 AMG (perhaps an estate as I love the look of them and it can definitely serve as a family car should I need it to in future years) which means my Noble will not be going anywhere!
As you have the same colour noble as me, you ought to go for the same 4 door as me!
