Want to own a piece of PistonHead heritage?

My old 3R is up for sale in the Classifieds

The combination of PH & Noble delivers the opportunity to converse with all the owners a car has ever had!

I saw it last night with view to buying it.... One thing I couldn't work out was the aerial and start button. Were these options then on early "R"s as it doesn't have either ?

Nice car, apart from the abundance of stone chips and somewhat high mileage....

quite surprised at how quick a Noble's interior declines too.....

Your comment about the interior is surprising as the ones I've seen have looked good. Perhaps it depends on how the owner treats it?

Start button was originally an option. Dunno if it still is.

It does have a start button?!

Aerial was 'deleted' from the build as I preferred the lines of the car without it.

You can see the red/silver start button in the pic...Where do you expect the start button to be Chris?! Most of these cars have stone chips....in time you can get it blown over. As for the mileage its probably done the engine some good being that its used frequently. I can't really tell from the picture whether the interior is worn or not. Hope this helps.

Chris,
Don't take my word for it but I cannot remember a PH'er commenting on the poor quality of the Noble interior. Some have commented that the interior doesn't befit a £50k motor. That may/may not be fair comment, but the quality of the finish and its durability (8000 miles in 5 months) is, IMO, not open to question.
Chris.
