God I hope my fiancee doesn't retitle herself finance commitee once I'm married. Don't have to put up with any of this crap at the moment. She even offers to pay half on running costs.
You don't seem to have much luck with front clams Ash

Splitters are £90 + painting from memory, so assuming no real damage done to the clam you'll be OK.

That may be the cost if you fit it yourself. The labour time is small but the charge is relatively high so the cost of circa £175 mentioned earlier in this thread could be nearer if fitted by the dealer/service centre.

The Boss is really good about it actually.
Just that every time I get a new car, something bad happens in the first month. the Boss has said wait till after the Gumball just in case and I have to agree.
If it wasn't for the boss, I wouldn't have the Noble.

if it is repairable, do you know how what process they use?

Ash,
AFAIK any reputable body shop with expertise in fiberglass will sort you out - suggest you ask your dealer who they use or get the factory to sent it to theirs (mine's there at the moment so can provide report next week, if you like?!)?
Regarding things going badly in the first month, funny as this was my experience too - scraped rear roadwheel on kerb (badly!), broke front splitter, stone chips, door handle broke - all OK now, I must be used the her!!!

Ash,
sorry to hear about the splitter, and hope there is no clam damage.
Just a thought, given that the M400 doesn't have a splitter, and I've read on previous threads that it is for cosmetic purposes, how about leaving it off? Could save you a few quid, and it is one less thing to have to worry about and just think of the weight saving!
Mike
ps. here is the thread where the factory say it is cosmetic..

Stupid money. I don't even want to think about it. Luckly for me it's a bit of a faviour for a faviour job. I'm guessing in real wonga about £2K (but we've made 2 prototypes already). They are fantastic bits of work though.
If it works and enough people are interested I'll push them for a reasonable price.
To be honest a wooden ply one would work just as well and painted you probably wouldn't notice. I've seen group C racers with them on. Very cheap and easy do make once you've got a template.
