Waterproof outdoor cover - anyone got one?

Hi all

Those of you who know me, already know i have a tendency to be a bit anal when it comes to allowing my car to get wet.
However, the "in-laws" have no garage and the Noble's first visit may be coming up, and if it rains overnight i won't be able to sleep!

Anyone got a link to the best outdoor cover i need, or does anyone have a really good, tailored one they can sell me?

Assume it fits the spoiler etc all in?

yes made to fit the noble and they are showing £ 173

I tried one of those, even though I was being as careful as possible and using the spoiler socks the tux wing ends still tore through the cover. Ended up getting refunded

Ben, you dont think they are very well made? My Tux wing ends might tear it too if you think that is a concern?!

for anyone using a cover i can supply a U shapes rubber strip to go on the wing ends to prtect them and the cover . Tux

Oh definitely not suggesting they're no good... They were first class in their construction and the material etc. Just that the wing socks are nigh on useless due to the sharp angles on the top of the tux wing ends. I did think about trying some of the rubber stripping similar to what is on top of the intercooler housing, I'm sure something like that would make a difference.

Just ordered one actually and they did say they have spoiler socks, but dont suppose they have ever seen the Tux racing wing ends!

Tux's rubber guards should solve that problem though, then i'll be sorted.

Bit concerned that when stored it is the size of a small sports bag!! There's no bloody room in a Noble!

Tux can u bring some to leman please. As mine are trying to go through the cover. I tend to fold the socks over again so extra thick in that area

By far the cheapest around as lots of places offer exactly the same and I found some crazy variance in the pricing depending on the supplier.

I used these guys recently http://www.specialisedcovers.com/ for there custom stormshield cover they do a slightly cheaper version the storm sheild lite as well. Iam always harping on about classic additions being good for covers but these are made from a far more superior meterial imho.

Yes please, they have areay gone through mine but I've patched it up.

I've got a generic (but decent) cover that I use if the car has to sleep outside. Bubble wrap over Tux's wing ends does the trick, otherwise a bit of pipe lagging from a hardware store?
