Water Ingress

Apart from the floor which I fitted screws and re-sealed last weekend is there any other known areas that water can get in? The car was outside yesterday in the rain and there is some water behind the seats between the chasis rail and the bulkhead. My initial thoughts is its coming in the window seals but wondered if it was possible for it to run through from the engine floor compartment?

Yes, rear window seals can need refitting - you can't tell looking at the glass but wet under your seatback is the clue.

That makes sense as it seems the water is coming in from the back as side carpets are dry, I'll have a look tonight. Thanks.

Try pulling back the carpets comes in through the floor where the join is below bulkhead

All the bulkhead carpets are dry so my assumption is that its seaping through the join in the floor. The car was on a slope pointing front down so possibly the water is coming in from the floor below the engine. The car didn't move so it can't be coming from the road.

Yes it comes in from the bottom of the bulkhead, I had this on my previous car.

If it is the rear glass note that you are covered for seal repairs or glass replacement under your insurance's glass cover.
