I got to sleep OK last night but now, at just gone 5 in the morning, I'm pacing the lounge like a caged Tiger. The reason is that today, exactly 13 months since I put down my first deposit, I'm collecting V6GTO from Mole Valley!
I can't tell you how I'm feeling as I'm not clever enough with words.
Rob (AMG MERC) is meeting me there for a bit of moral support (I just think he wants photos of me scraping the gate-post as I drive off the forecourt).
Will post again later, and hopefully Rob will post a couple of pictures. Martin.

Congrats, hope you enjoy the car... incidentally whats the record for the shortest time to 1000miles/1st service? It took me 2 weeks.

Have a great time.

I know how you feel, and almost three weeks later I still feel the same excitement when I go to my garage, open and there she is.

Have loads of fun.

Kind regards

Ash.

Reports of my fruitiness are definately exagerrated!!!

Just got back from the V6 GTO collection run - (will look good next to my V60 GTO too!). Car looks amazing, especially in the sun, so will be the perfect drug-dealer posemobile down in Spain! :-)

What wheel is it in the car with a fawn interior? Looks so much nicer to me.

That was an early model with a standard Momo wheel - I also like it and have it on my replacement list - should be a straight swap - no boss swap?!

Wow, what kind of poor taste would change from that to the current faux carbon, too fat, made famous by 'the fast & the furious' monstrosity we currently get?

Very nice Martin, congratulations!

You do know that your front plate is illegal.
