Everyday is a school day

whilst moving my car out of the garage my 2.5 year old asked to sit in the passenger seat. So I let her. I left her In the car while fiddling with my new number plate. I heard some shouting from inside the car, it was the little one shouting to me "what's this daddy". I replied "that will be the rubber cover for the mirror adjustment that you've pulled off" !!

I've now spent the last 2 hours stripping the entire door card off because whilst trying to refit the rubber I managed to disconnect the door lock mechanism.

What was even funnier was that I got my arm stuck in the speaker trying to get to the 3rd thumb screw

So thanks to my little girl I now know how the door lock works and how to get the door card off !!!

Funnily enough I would love to get a hold of some carbon door cards. Mine are looking a bit tired.
