An early Friday teaser.

I know this one has been asked before, but, presuming Rossion could sell in the UK, who would be interested in buying a Q1?

I for one would be interested to know if it's more of a turnkey solution with less weak areas.

The specs place it "above" the capabilities of the M400 and the interior is just lovely.

If I had the cash and could get one with the steering gear on the correct side, yes.

Looks a little more modern than the M12 and more refined inside, so as a swop for M12 3R maybe yes, but to replace the M400 no, but would like to see a track version of the Q1 that replaces the M400, ie less refined more track orientated with maybe 550bhp standard power with a dial that allows you to run different maps ie road, track, race, and came with all the carbon bits like splitter, rear defuser, rear wing, infills, and cunnards , then maybe would be a great replacement for the M400 and in rhd I would consider.

Will it hold it's value like the M12 ? I doubt it.

I'd be in line. IMHO, this is what the M12 would have morphed into.

I thought they were selling them. Didn't someone come on to the forum not so long ago and say they were importing them?

Or another option, RHD interior parts to convert an M12? I think the Q1 looks great, I also like the M12 so an updated one would be the best of both worlds I reckon.
O/T - Does anyone know if the Q1's windows go right down into the door?

They can do RHD and have one available in Orange. As for Rossion bits to fit to our cars it's a bit off topic.

A big presumption but what if Rossion could start selling to the UK (they can't at the moment). Would any of us be interested to know how much and if a dealer support network could be established?

How hard is it really for us to bang heads together and fabricate re-designed body parts for our cars? judging buy some of these posts, there seems like a demand for a new design front clam. Im happy enough to do the CAD work, we can all work together on the progress of the design stage and everyone can have their input on how it should look.

wow - that sounds interesting

i know a guy who builds carbon body panels

is the first thing to do to build a scale model using stereolithography

or do we need to get a standard clam scanned and into a 3d model first

Yeah im thinking getting it scanned in by laser and take things from there -

It would be better to use a brand new clam to scan in and use as a template.Im sure we could possible get it made in C/F too as well as fibreglass.
