Just made a friend of mine a very happy man.
I'm off to the Maldives for a couple of weeks in mid-August (it really is a hard life, especially after the ordeal of going to Hawaii in February
) and so my mate asks (expecting the answer "no!");
"Don't suppose you need someone to look after the Noble while you're away?"
To which I reply,
"Actually yes - I do - I was wondering whether you might be able to help? Of course I'd be willing to pay you..."
He laughs.
I look serious, and nod.
After picking himself up off the floor and slapping himself around the face a couple of times, he realises I'm serious - you've never seen a bigger grin! Only an extra £20 quid on the insurance.
I expect a few beers to come my way in the pub later!
